Açaí Bowl

Lately, I have obsessing over Açaí Bowls. I eat them for breakfast, lunch or even dinner. They are supper easy to make and great for a healthy meal.

My favorite recipe: Tropical Açaí Bowl

  • 1 Trader Joe’s Organic Unsweetened Açaí Purée packet
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Organic Mixed Berry Blend
  • 1/4 cup Frozen Mango chunks
  • 1-2 tablespoons Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder (optional)
  • Pineapple, topping
  • Shaved Coconut, topping
  • Chia Seeds, topping
  • Granola, topping
  • 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder (optional)

Add Açaí packet, berry blend, almond milk, and mango chunks (and protein, if using). Blend until smooth (adjust almond milk if needed). Scrape smoothie mixture into a bowl. Top with pineapple shaved coconut, granola and chia seeds. Grab a spoon and dig in.
