A delicious and healthy homemade pink pancakes recipe that is perfect to make for breakfast this Valentine’s Day. No food coloring added. Make them vegan by substituting milk with a milk alternative. Enjoy!



Pink Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 Beet, boiled
- 1 cup milk or milk alternative
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup almond flour (optional- can replace with more all-purpose flour)
- 1/2 tbsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tbsp Baking Powder
- 2 tbsp Maple or Agave Syrup
Directions
2. Add flour, vanilla extract, baking powder, and syrup and blend again.
3. On a nonstick pan over medium heat, pour pancake batter.
4. Optional, top of with fresh fruit.
