The Blue Box Café opened on November 10 on the 4th floor of Tiffany’s New York flagship store. My husband and I had a trip planned to visit NYC (my homeland) during Thanksgiving break. The timing was perfect except getting a table wasn’t that easy. The café opens reservations two weeks out every day but they get taken up within seconds. As the trip got closer, I still couldn’t get a reservation so I gave up. On the last day of our trip, my sister got a notification of a cancelation and she got us a table for three thru resy. What a Surprise and a great way to end our amazing trip to the big apple. The experience of having Breakfast at Tiffany’s was so worth it.
Our Breakfast came around 2pm so it was more like a Luncheon. Even after the long weekend, we had no trouble making it in thru the doors of Tiffany’s on 5th Avenue and taking the elevator up to the 4th floor. We walked up to the receptionist at the cafe and she took us to our table which was waiting for us. Here’s a look.

The cafe was full of other tourists having an Audrey Hepburn moment about having Breakfast at Tiffany’s. We knew we were at the right place 🙂
Even at Lunch, we opted for the BREAKFAST AT TIFFANY, which included:
- Served with a choice of coffee or tea
- CROISSANT Nutella®, honey butter, winter fruit preserves
- SEASONAL FRUIT & BERRIES
Choice of:
- SMOKED SALMON & BAGEL STACK Cream cheese smear, beefsteak tomato, red onion, capers
- TRUFFLE EGGS Soft eggs, shaved truffles, kunik cheese, smoked bacon
- AVOCADO TOAST (VEGAN) Radish, nasturtium, sorrel, sunflower seeds & sprouts
- BUTTERMILK WAFFLE Poached fruit of the season, Catskills maple syrup
I decided to go with the Buttermilk Waffle while my husband and sister went with the Vegan Avocado Toast. We all got our choice of tea.

Once we got our food, we spent time a few minutes taking pictures of the food. The food definitely lived up to the hype of what you should get for Breakfast at Tiffany’s.
I would definitely recommend a trip to the Blue Box Cafe for the experience. I would say that to be able to put yourself in the shoes of Audrey Hepburn and actually eat inside Tiffany’s was worthwhile.
That’s right. Im just crazy about Tiffany’s.
