Living at Work Routine

I am almost 4 months into working from home with no sign of when I will be returning back to the office. The situation now seems like I am living at work instead of working from home.

I still follow the same eating schedule with (semi) intermittent fasting and daily workouts. Occasionally, I take a nap on the couch 😜

Gurleen’s Weekday Schedule

5:50 amWake up
6:00 amGo for a quick run or at home workout
6:30 amShower and get ready for work
7:00 amLog into work
8 – 11:30 amDrink 2 to 3 cups of Coffee
12:00 pmLunch
2:30 pmVitamins
3:30 pmSnack
4 – 5:00 pmLog off work
5:00 pmDinner prep
5:30 pmEat Dinner
9:30 pmGet ready for bed
10:00 pmLights out, sleep time

On Friday, I tracked my daily routine and here is what it looked like…

5:50 am - Woke up
6:00 am - Quick run
6:30 am - Shower and got ready
6:45 am - Made and drank celery juice; Been drinking this for 3 weeks now
7:00 am - Logged into work
7:30 am - First cup of coffee (usually between 7:30 - 8:00a)
10:00 am - More coffee (cup 2)
12:00 pm - Lunch time (Cheese and Avocado Quesadilla with Pineapple Salsa)

And binge watching How I Met Your Mother for the second time back to back
2:30 pm - Daily dose of vitamins
4:00 pm - Snack time (Blueberries)
4:30 pm - Not usual but needed a power nap on Friday
6:30 pm - Dinner (Vegan Orange Chicken with Couscous and Spinach)
7:00 pm - Chocolate fix with this lava cake (not a daily thing)
9:30 pm - Got ready for bed
10:30 pm - Went to sleep
