Vegan Blueberry Muffins

A vegan blueberry muffin recipe perfect for breakfast on the go.

Ingredients
- 2 cups Almond Flour
- 1 cup Coconut Milk
- 1/3 cup Vegan Butter
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Acai Powder
- 1/3 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Hemp Hearts
- 1/2 cup Blueberries, fold in
Directions
- Preheat oven at 375°F and line a cupcake tray with cupcake liners.
- In a bowl, mix all of the ingredients and fold in blueberries at the end.
- Bake for 25 – 30 mins.
