So Healthy! So Easy! And So Yummy!
This no-bake oatmeal energy balls recipe has been my go-to breakfast for several months now. It’s super easy to make and you can customize it your own preferences or with what you have in your pantry. I replaced peanut butter with almond butter. This recipe makes 8 energy balls. I opt-out of making it into balls and pack it into small containers instead. I make this recipe twice a week.
Prep and Cook Time: 10 Mins
Ingredients:
- 1 Ripe Banana (mashed)
- 1 Cup Oats (I use gluten-free oats from Trader Joe’s)
- 1 Tsp Chia Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Almond Butter
- 1/4 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips
Instructions:
In a bowl, mash up 1 ripe banana. Add oats, chia seeds, chocolate chips, and almond butter. Mix well. If you are making balls, let the mixture sit in the fridge for 10 mins before you form the balls or just transfer into small plastic containers.
